  So far I hate USPS services. Two times I ordered something from amazon and both times USPS could not find my address. I double checked and it was correct. I do not know what kind of program you are using to navigate, but you can easily find it on Google Maps. The worst part is, if a problem like this happens they just send the order back to amazon. They do not reach out to you informing where I could pick up the order myself, or try and get the "correct" address. It seems like they just can't be bothered and do not care if you get your package or not. Dreadful service.

  I have been calling for a week multiple times a day trying to find out where my package is? The phones go straight to voicemail saying to call during business hours!!! I offered to pick up my package when it was a day late and the woman said no it is definitely on its way. I triple checked considering the post office is 2 miles away saying I would just come get it and was told no, no it will be there. I am so disappointed & feeling like I wasted my money on my order at this point. Zero stars

  Went in today to pick up a package that my ups tracking said was there. When I first got there, there was 3 people in front of me and 2 ladies behind the counter and I waited patiently for 15 min, 5 of those being as one of the ladies didn't know how to change receipt paper: When it was finally my turn I was very polite and told her I came to pick up a package, handed her my tracking number. She ignored me and asked me for the box number and I didn't know what she meant so I kindly asked her what she meant, she repeated she meant address in a tone of disgust. I then proceeded to tell her my address, again very politely. She went back to "check" for 10 seconds came back and said it wasn't there. Called the next customer up. That was it. She didn't check just glanced, my package is there and she was so rude. Wish I would've spoken to her manager. but she was so rude I didn't even want to bother. Never going there again what a rude staff! If you can't deal with people get a new job!

  Why the negative reviews I don't know.? Delivering countless packages and letters every day is not easy. The people I have dealt with here were awesome. I set up my PO box without any issues. I have been using my post office box for about five months now. My rating remains the same. I have sent and received letters, bills, packages without a problem. The staff have been very helpful.

  This is the least competent post office I have ever walked into. Numerous packages of mine have been lost, misplaced, and delivered far too many days after they were supposed to arrive. In fact, I've had packages arrive at this facility that take two additional days to put that package in my post box. It shouldn't take two days to put a cardboard box into my mailbox! It shouldn't take any more than a few hours to sort mail! Not to mention there is always a line if you need to speak to someone. It feels as if all the workers at this post office move as slow as humanely possible on purpose. It's a downright shame. Don't bother with this facility, you'll have better luck elsewhere.
