  Owner caused me great grief recently when she shipped my sterling silver Swedish wedding crown to my eBay buyer in OH. The crown is a museum piece, 50 years old, very modern, and catches the light on six sides. The woman took it in the other room to pack her way (for which she made sure to charge me plenty, which she said I could pass on to my buyer!). In writing it up, she said "Silver in Crown Great Shape 1 small dent"! I noticed a blip on one upper edge the size of a grain of salt! I only saw her write-up when I got home and was heartsick. . . . Today I went in there to copy something and she always remembers my name but really it's all about her! She asked how it went and I told her exactly how it went! She said it was only a little scratch and she had to say that -- legally blah blah. This not very bright woman is a smoker and probably operating at the top of her limited education. I started off in a soft voice. Pretty soon she said she would have to ask me to leave. The town has lost Staples! This unhelpful storefront is about all there is. 15 cents a copy and they DONT help you! I wondered what she would do if I just stayed to copy. She acted so immature, had no idea how it is to sell a high end item on eBay. I stood there a minute wondering if she'd call the police. Then I remembered a place I could copy for free if I take my own paper. Go in there with a big smile and follow her into the next room if you have to! Know your rights! Or just go somewhere else. The P.O. is a block up.
